Casual Administration Assistants

Medical Workforce Unit (MWU)

About the Role
Applications are invited from suitably experienced and highly motivated Administration Assistants to join our team.

Applicants should be available to work between Monday to Friday, at least two days per week and up to full time.


Western Health's Medical Workforce Unit is entering a period of peak demand and high activity, as such, we are seeking to create a pool of administration assistants to help support our daily functions.


Duties will include assistance and support with medical staff recruitment, on-boarding, rostering, payroll and leave management, as well as general office support.


  • A history of strong customer service
  • Have proven time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • A 'cando' attitude to helping customers, colleagues and other staff
