As a Data Centric Delivery Manager with Worley, you form part of the Global Digital Execution Centre of Excellence Team. You will work closely with our existing team of data centric system design, digital standards product owners and business representatives to enable data centric project execution excellence globally. This role can be based anywhere in the world. Some of the key day-to-day responsibilities will include:


  • Enhance and implement data centric standards, work processes and supporting global tools
  • Based on the data centric roadmap, define the target endstate goal and implement the necessary learning framework including coaching and training programs
  • Successful delivery of initiatives to accelerate the embedding of datacentric execution principles within projects
  • Provide advice and guidance to the Project Functions in supporting the embedding of a datacentric execution approach within Project Delivery
  • Implement and maintain appropriate data governance practices to assure data quality and integrity.
  • Provide advice and support to the Project Information Management (PIM) Function in development of capabilities, work processes and tools to support datacentric project execution
  • Work with Corporate and Operations stakeholders to establish an agreed set of data centric execution core competencies within Project Delivery

About You:


  • To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess a combination of work experience, skills and or qualifications in the following areas
:


  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certifications in project management or data management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CDMP) are advantageous as is Scrum/Agile certification (e.g., CSM)
  • Experience in EPC and/or O/O environment
  • A working knowledge of an EPCM 'data centric' project execution environment and Define (FEED) / Design (Detail design) / Build (Construct and Commission) deliverables
  • Excellent relationship building and both technical and nontechnical stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data integration, and data governance principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide crossfunctional teams.
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Power suite
