About the Opportunity

  • Post job advertisements on job boards and other online social media platforms.
  • Ensure all employment checks are monitored and managed through to successful completion in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Prepare interview guides and packs in consultation with the Talent Partner/Manager
  • Assist the Talent partner with any additional recruitment activities as directed

What you'll need to be successful

  • Previous experience in a similar role providing support to a talent acquisition function is highly desirable
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive nature
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Team player with strong ethos, adhering to agreed behaviours as per RACV values, including active participation in team meetings, completing paperwork within timeframes, and sharing knowledge
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • Trustworthy, reliable, strong work ethic
