Client Service at Two Palms:

The Client Service team at Two Palms Media are trusted advisors and partners to our clients. They are strategic thinkers and champions of excellence.


Client service brings all of Two Palms capabilities together to develop and deliver insightful and innovative solutions to any brief.

They are the growth drivers for our business, driving strategic relationships to shared success.


The role of our Account Coordinator:
Our Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Client Service team across a wide variety of requirements.

Their focus is on facilitating projects through to completion with detailed documentation and in a timely manner.


They support the senior client service team with research, reporting, and all other needs to ensure seamless relationships and delivery.


The Bread & Butter of being our Account Coordinator:


Relationships:


  • Builds trusted relationships with junior clients, ensuring respect is core to each relationship
  • Fosters tight knit relationships with colleagues, actively listening to and seeking guidance from others

Strategy:


  • Supports senior team members with industry and competitor research, and client performance data
  • Understands how their clients operate functionally

Project Management:


  • Project support
  • Drafts small project plans, validates these with ops and client lead
  • Supports senior team members in resourcing against larger project plans and validating solutions

Commercial Management:


  • Supports senior team in developing client business plans as requested, e.g. with competitor and industry research, performance data, and more
