Job Description

About You:

Key Responsibilities:

Assume responsibility for the quality of work under your supervision, ensuring adherence to specifications and relevant standards.
Conduct thorough checks to ensure compliance with Hold and Witness Points before commencing work.
Provide projectspecific inductions to all workers, emphasizing hazard awareness and control measures.
Drive commitment to quality and safety standards among subcontractors, monitoring and controlling their performance.
Participate in incident prevention and reporting processes, taking immediate action on safety hazards.
Ensure compliance with ACCIONA management system procedures and relevant HSE policies and legislation.
Manage the movement of materials, plant, and equipment on site safely and efficiently.
Collect and review external plant hire dockets, delivery dockets, and internal plant and labor time sheets.
Effectively manage site plant and equipment, ensuring proper care and maintenance.
Prepare and review reports, including summaries of construction progress and job manpower forecasts.
Oversee the implementation of work packages, coordinating activities with design and operating personnel.

Required Skills and Competencies

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

Trades qualification relevant to construction, building, or manufacturing industries highly regarded.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and provide leadership.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Competent in planning and organizing work schedules.
Working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Minimum 5 years experience in a construction/engineering environment.
