Job Description


About You:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for the quality of work under your supervision, ensuring adherence to specifications and relevant standards.
  • Conduct thorough checks to ensure compliance with Hold and Witness Points before commencing work.
  • Provide projectspecific inductions to all workers, emphasizing hazard awareness and control measures.
  • Drive commitment to quality and safety standards among subcontractors, monitoring and controlling their performance.
  • Participate in incident prevention and reporting processes, taking immediate action on safety hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with ACCIONA management system procedures and relevant HSE policies and legislation.
  • Manage the movement of materials, plant, and equipment on site safely and efficiently.
  • Collect and review external plant hire dockets, delivery dockets, and internal plant and labor time sheets.
  • Effectively manage site plant and equipment, ensuring proper care and maintenance.
  • Prepare and review reports, including summaries of construction progress and job manpower forecasts.
  • Oversee the implementation of work packages, coordinating activities with design and operating personnel.
Required Skills and Competencies


Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

  • Trades qualification relevant to construction, building, or manufacturing industries highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and provide leadership.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Competent in planning and organizing work schedules.
  • Working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a construction/engineering environment.
