_Role & Responsibilities__:
_

Serve as the primary Service Now system administrator, managing tickets and the GRC modules.
Architect and oversee Disaster Recovery Procedures, including an annual testing program aligned with Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
Formulate backup procedures and testing aligned with cybersecurity frameworks to support DR and BCP.
Refine processes for maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in Service Now.
Craft and maintain rolesupportive documentation such as procedures and handbooks.
Develop and review the Identity and Access Management framework and implement a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model.
Produce and monitor key metrics for infrastructure and operations reporting.

_Skills & Experience_

Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Technical Services role with 3 years' experience with Service Now & Office 365 administration.
Demonstrable skill in ITIL Service Management processes, particularly incident management, DR, backups, and BCP.
Experience in MS Azure environment, leveraging PaaS and IaaS capabilities.
Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops.
Established skills in developing Disaster Recovery and Backup programs.
Expertise in formulating Incident Response Procedures, including testing regimes.
Exceptional organizational, detail orientation, analytical, problemsolving, and communication abilities.
