About the role:


ReadyTech is looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our Consulting, Professional Services team As part of our team, you will work closely with customers in local government while working with our project teams to make sure we're providing the right solutions, every time.

This role is open to applicants from Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Adelaide.

You will get to:


  • Drive client satisfaction through quality engagement and delivery of solution consulting services
  • Conduct successful client implementations that transform the procurement processes with tangible benefits realisation
  • Take the lead in preparing training schedules, documentation and promoting effective userfocused support
  • Contribute to thought leadership collateral in procurement practices and processes
  • Innovate by contributing ideas and concepts for product roadmap development
  • Be a proactive customer champion by getting involved in user group activities such as conferences, meetings and webinars
  • Support clients through UAT and cutover to golive system operations
  • Analyse client business requirements and deliver product solution demonstrations to meet and/or exceed such requirements
  • Take ownership of customer issues and see requests through to completion

More about you:


  • You have impeccable communication and presentation skills
  • You are not afraid to get in and get the work done, whether working individually or as a team
  • You are a real problem solver and can analyse and work through complex issues
  • You have handson project experience with ERP/ Procurement systems (advantageous)
  • You have strong organisational skills and can comfortably manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • You have an excellent attention to detail and are always on the lookout for ways to improve or streamline things
  • You genuinely enjoy assisting others to learn and possess a passion for learning and selfdevelopment
  • Prior experience in working in local government systems is desirable but not mandatory
  • Understanding of the Government Sector would be of benefit but not mandatory
  • You have a proven track record as a Support or Training consultant
