In a nutshell...

Our Assistant Store Managers are responsible for supporting our Store Managers in running the day-to-day operations of the store in addition to leading and developing a team while contributing to strategy to optimise sales, customer experience and store performance.


Here's what we'd love to see from you:

  • Previous people leadership experience in a similar customer facing role
  • The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
  • An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
  • A selfstarter with proven experience in multitasking, teamwork and working in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand
  • Availability to work a fulltime roster
