    Work for a boutique and highly sophisticated facilities management consultancy procuring services for existing contracts and new tenders.

    Company Overview

    We represent a company that prioritizes comprehensive facility management, construction, and advisory services. Their undertakings range from minor projects to the supervision of significant, high-profile project management endeavours, specializing in niche areas. Their clientele spans various sectors such as defence, government, education, and prominent corporations.

    Position Overview

    As the organization is currently going through an extremely busy period, they need a Procurement Administrator to ensure the smooth functioning of their procurement processes. You will be assisting with their forthcoming tenders which are ranging in scale and include significant multi-million-dollar projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, pricing and follow ups.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
    • Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms and pricing.
    • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Monitor inventory levels and track procurement expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Resolve any procurement-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

    Skillset and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
    • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and procurement software/systems.
