We are looking for a Store Manager who will spoil our customers and lead and grow a passionate, successful team.

You will be responsible for:

Motivating, inspiring and energising your team
Recruiting effectively for your team and store's needs and building a strong talent pipeline
Identify individual training needs and developing Assistant Store Managers, Supervisors and Team Members
Setting daily targets for each of your team, reviewing progress and providing feedback
Ensuring the Koko Black experience is delivered at all times in your store
Developing opportunities to maximise transactions and sales
Effectively managing stock to and minimising waste
Manage store presentation to deliver upon visual merchandising and promotions calendar.
