The Role


The ICT Administrative Assistant supports the ICT team and management in all operational and administrative activities, ensuring operational efficiency of the department and successful implementation of program activities.


Responsibilities
The ICT Administrative Assistant requires the capability to assist with:

  • Finance Management
  • Service Delivery
  • People and Culture
  • Administrative duties

Skills & Experience
To be successful in the role you will bring the following with you:

  • Highly developed communications skills, both written and oral
  • Highly organisational skillset
  • Demonstrate the capability in managing budgets.
  • Must have a current full Victorian Driver's License
