The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our onsite solution at AGL Energy, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide outstanding talent acquisition services.
- Ensuring compliance documentation is meticulously collected for onsite contractors at AGL.
- Managing the seamless setup of contractors in the payroll system, resolving payment queries, and upholding service standards.
- Handling contract generation and understanding contractual terms and conditions, including important details like payment cycles, insurance, and more.
- Facilitating contract extensions and updating all relevant systems and stakeholders.
- Championing Workplace Health & Safety compliance to create a secure work environment.
- Providing ongoing support to both Chandler Macleod onhire employees and hiring managers.
- Completing necessary internal reporting requirements and undertaking adhoc administrative tasks.
Who We're Looking For
- Impeccable organizational skills and a dedication to delivering results.
- Proven experience working across various systems.
- An eagleeye for detail and a knack for juggling multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Approximately 3 years of prior administration experience, preferably in the recruitment sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP Fieldglass is a big plus.
- Problemsolving prowess and a willingness to seek assistance when needed.
- A background in teamwork and coordinating recruitment administrative activities.
- Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and effective communication.
- A positive, proactive attitude committed to producing highquality outcomes.
