About the position

Oozing seaside charm, The Anchorage offer some of the best dining experiences in the region.
The Galley Kitchen
Our bright and breezy, allday diner, offerings include our signature sparkling wine breakfast, a la carte lunch and dinner, and decadent high tea, as well as servicing our pool bar and room service.
Moby's Bar
Open daily from 3.30pm, the sophisticated Moby's is home to a selection of the world's finest whiskies, smartest cocktails and wonderful wines.

We have exciting opportunities for passionate Food and Beverage staff:

Pool Bar F&B Attendant
Cocktail Bartender

The Galley Kitchen
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Wait Staff
Fine Dining Wait Staff

These casual positions will require availability for a variety of shifts for breakfast, lunch and dinner service across a 7 day roster.

Availability on weekends and during seasonal peaks (summer, public holiday and school holiday periods) is essential.

About you

We are seeking dynamic individuals to compliment and work closely with our Food and Beverage team in delivering the ultimate guest experience amongst our Food & Beverage outlets.

You will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy and demanding position.

What we offer
This position as been identified as a traineeship opportunity. Complete formalised training to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.
