What your day will involve


In your role as Administration Assistant, you will provide high level customer service and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders to UniLodge, Essence Communities & Essence Hotels & Apartments.

You will ensure the reception area is well maintained and customers are dealt with proficiently and to the utmost standards ensuring the UniLodge corporate image is maintained at all times.


Some of your additional duties will include:

  • Welcome clients and announce visitors of UniLodge
  • Answer the main phone lines, screen phone calls and receive messages for Head office staff as required
  • Attend to daytoday general office duties including general office tidying, set up and clearing of meeting rooms
  • Control the internal admin specific inbox accounts
  • Coordinate all incoming/outgoing mail
  • Facilitate complaints from residents
  • Monitor stationery levels and ordering as required
  • Making deliveries or arranging couriers as required
  • Organise flight & accommodation travel for the business through our airline portal
  • Organising catering, celebratory cards and office events
  • Coordinate financial processes such as Community Spirit Program Claims, Petty Cash Claims and Expense Claims
  • Scanning and filing monthly credit cards
  • Monthly distribution of company and operational newsletters
  • Other general administration tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a fun and enthusiastic individual who has previous experience with providing administrative support.

Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication, great attention to detail, proficient computer skills and a genuine desire to become a part of the UniLodge company.


Our mandatory requirements include:


  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
