- Ensuring the computerised stock management system is accurate and up to date
- Stock ordering/purchasing: Purchase stock through external suppliers and ensure stock levels are at their optimal levels thus ensuring the factory is able to fulfill production targets
- Physical inventory review: Frequently walk through the factory and warehouse (every few days) to ensure there is adequate stock levels of critical items/parts
- Quarterly stocktakes: In collaboration with the Operations Manager, manage the quarterly stocktakes to ensure the computerised stock management system is accurate
- Administrative duties including but not limited to ordering and maintaining stationery, mail, logging usage and maintenance of pool vehicles, assisting with site visitor lunches etc;
- Any adhoc tasks as directed by the General Manager, Operations Manager and/or Finance Business Partner
- Previous experience in any of purchasing, manufacturing or finance fields
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy of work
- High level organisation skills with an ability to manage ever changing workflows
- Strong administrative and computer skills (particularly MS Office) with an ability to learn internal ERP's
- Effective communication skills both in person and in written form
- Achieve quality outcomes and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Analytical ability and effective communication skills

- Able to interact with all levels of staff
