What is the role?

$240 p/d + super

6 month casual contract

Project Description:
Vendor shall perform Services identified below for Customer.

  • Overall management and cleanup of lead database
  • Reviewing database of leads and contacts, ensuring no duplication
  • Analysing and researching leads using Salesforce (SFDC) CRM, Dun & Bradstreet, LinkedIn and other relevant tools to identify lead turnover, decision maker names, contact details etc and entering into CRM,
  • Action lead queues in SFDC to ensure the provision of leads to the sales team,
  • Monitoring team lead allocation and contact activity,
  • Developing and reviewing market segment specific lists and actioning into CRM, Identifying, based on key triggers, lead suitability prior to lead creation or updating in SFDC,
  • Participating in client facing sales events during business hours as required,
  • Working closely with Head of Sales, Salesforce Support Team and individual BDM's on execution of new lead campaigns,
  • Additional ad hoc lead qualification requirement

What skills do I need for the role?
***You have experience working in a Client Services role with strong knowledge of Financial Services, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. You are passionate about your work and have experience working in a busy, fast paced, and dynamic environment.
