About the role
We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Trade Centre based in Lidcombe, NSW. This role will involve working closely with the Store Manager and focusing on the day-to-day operations of the store. You'll play a critical role in representing the Dulux brand whilst leading an enthusiastic team in the managers absence.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and ordering stock
Store opening and closing
Banking procedures
Displaying expert leadership within your team
Strong customer service focus, particularly on stock availability, tinting and invoice accuracy

Skills & Experience
You'll be a leader who will leads by example and will drive engagement with your people through our values. You may come from a trade or operations background.

Experience in a similar leadership role would be an advantage
Clear communication and the ability to build strong relationships with the team and customers
A passion for customer service and developing new business
A solid understanding of inventory management
