As an ITW Merchandiser your primary focus will be to be responsible for the VIS Agreement and maintenance of ITW ranges to a high standard for retail sale within your designated region.

This includes exceeding agreed customer service levels, call cycle accuracy and stock maintenance.

Location - Perth, Western Australia


The impact you'll make:


  • Drive customer satisfaction, meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels through superior business practices, focused customer service and strong relationship building:
  • Maintain high levels of stock display and cleanliness
  • Complete stock adjustments and report if stock from previous order is not put away.
  • Change min max levels for stock, labels and trays when required.
  • Maintain accurate call cycle compliance: Efficient and streamlined customer call cycle delivery, maximising the allocated instore hours

About you:


  • Demonstrated high standards of oral and written communication skills including ability to liaise with varying levels of organisation & customer base.
  • Proven ability to develop & maintain customer/business relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Numerical literacy
