About Our Facility

Barwon Health, Central Resource Unit (CRU) provides emergent and non-emergent nursing staff replacement for all bed based services. We provide staffing resources to meet every day operational needs of clinical units for nursing and support staff for bed based units across Barwon Health.**
About the Role
As a Central Resource allocator you will be liaising with wards/units re staffing requirements. You will deal with all incoming telephone calls and allocate requests for additional staffing to all Barwon Health locations.

Duties may include but are not limited to:
The provision of clerical, reception and staff allocation services in a confidential and accurate manner in accordance with Barwon Health policies and procedures

Strict adherence to staffing strategies

Participate in the validation of CRU time sheets following strict guidelines
