Implementation of effective mechanical maintenance practices to ensure equipment downtime is minimized.
Review of all delays and implement corrective actions to improve availability.
Monitor compliance and standards of all mechanical equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Mechanical Trade qualification (essential)
Previous experience in mechanical operations within underground coal mining
Indepth knowledge of mechanical equipment in mining operations.
Strong analytical skills for identifying and addressing mechanical challenges.
Exceptional communication skills to work seamlessly with internal teams.
Independent task management and a proactive approach.
