About the Opportunity

A great opportunity has become available for an experienced
Die Cutter Operator to join our supportive production team at Detmold Cartons in a
permanent full-time position.

This is a
hands-on role in a fast paced environment that requires the safe and efficient operation of our
flat bed die cutter whilst achieving maximum quality throughout the job process.

Our operators are responsible for proactively and accurately setting up, operating, adjusting and maintaining equipment per job specifications, performing minor troubleshooting as required, contributing to quality / safety standards and processes, and ensuring daily production targets are met.

About You

A
safety first mindset with ability to demonstrate safe behaviours in the workplace.
Experience
running die cutting machinery in
packaging industry (preferably with cartons).
Sound computer skills with ability to record operational data accurately.
Strong
mechanical aptitude, problemsolving skills, and ability to
read technical drawings.
Ability to work with integrity, display
initiative and be a reliable team player.
A positive attitude with ability to adapt to change and
willingness to learn.
Excellent attention to detail and a
customer focused mindset.
