Description

We are seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team in an ASX listed Company that is changing lives.

What your role will look like

Facilitate and coordinate activities relating to assigned projects
Create, maintain and update project documentation as necessary
Facilitate and coordinate project and planning sessions
Coordinate timely approval change request
Prepare and facilitate communications to impacted users, stakeholders
Facilitate and follow up requirements from stakeholders
Experience or knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel and Insight

This role is located in Macquarie Park. Hybrid model with a few days in the office with the team. there is parking available on site and the Metro station is a short walk away.
