As a Casual Youth Worker, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing at-risk youth, helping them overcome challenges and chart their unique paths towards success.

What We're Looking For:


  • A Certificate IV in Youth Work or Community Services is preferred, or extensive workrelated experience
  • Proven expertise in working with and engaging atrisk youth
  • Ability to develop and lead proactive social and recreational activity programs that genuinely captivate young hearts and minds
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Holding or willingness to obtain a Working with Children's Check and National Police Clearance
