What Does Success Look Like in this Role?

Reporting to the General Manager - Technology, you will provide program leadership to National Storage with a focus on innovative projects ranging from cyber-security to automation.

You will manage project resources in a way that will drive successful project delivery, including the modification of project methodology.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day

Manage assigned program of projects for National Storage reporting to the relevant Program Sponsors.
Ensure projects and downstream BAU support arrangements are set up for commercial and delivery success.
Drive effective delivery and commercial governance, performance, risk management and quality assurance for project delivery.
Implement strategies to shape the project delivery culture and drive increased capability across the business.
Work with relevant business and project leaders to ensure the right frameworks and methodologies are applied to support project delivery.
Advise business stakeholders on delivery related issues, including members of the National Storage Executive Team.
Lead the kickoff and induct team members into the project.
Manage 3rd parties, suppliers and subcontractors.
Raise and manage project change requests and variations in liaison with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare status reports.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:

5+ years of project management experience.
Understanding of business and industry, operating models and approach to market.
Superior client management and delivery management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including senior management and external consultants.
