Description

Labourpower have multiple ongoing positions available immediately for
experienced local HR rear loader drivers based in Mulgrave.

We are currently seeking drivers to operate compactor trucks for local pickups of cardboard bins and bails to be recycled and re-purposed.

The role will require customer site pickups including some loading of cardboard bails into the vehicle via a trolley as well as monitoring whilst customer sites perform loading via forklift.

To be successful in this role you must:

Hold a current HR licence or above
Have
a minimum 2 years driving experience
Be able to provide a current Vic roads Driver History Report
Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs
Have good time management skills
Have great customer service skills
Have an excellent understanding of Safety policies and procedures
Have an excellent understanding and ability to comply with COR responsibilities

Multiple roles available on day shift Monday to Friday with overtime available on weekends through the peak periods. Hours are generally between hours per day starting from 5am.
