SEO and Content Specialist - Fairfield East, Australia - Metro Express Car Removals

We are looking for an experienced Content and SEO Specialist who can own all our organic social channels.

You will join a dynamic and small team located in our Fairfield office, however flexible working options can be considered.

With the customer at the heart of everything you do, your focus will be improving both on and offsite SEO performance, driving customer growth, trust and loyalty to multiple websites belonging to Metro Car Removal.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to work more autonomously, as you will be owning all organic marketing within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Focused on driving SEO through organic content and website optimisation.
• Develop a keen understanding of customer experience and business strategy to identify and fill SEO gaps, as well as generate new ideas that grow traffic, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Analyze and define issues with onsite/offsite SEO, and create and execute plans for increasing visibility in search engines, traffic to the site and SEO conversions.
• Keyword research to identify keyword opportunities, and execution of gap analysis.
• Results oriented, taking the initiative with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Semrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, and other similar software.
• Excited about immersing yourself in the customer, understanding and defining customer search intent.
• Work autonomously and own all organic socials.
• PPC experience is highly regarded.
• Create graphics for organic socials.
• Content writing for

SEO:
blogs, location pages, landing pages, web pages, service pages.

• Link building or basic understanding of backlink best practices.
• Create datadriven strategies for social campaigns and SEO updates across the website.
• Track and measure performance of website traffic and conversions.

Metro Car Removal is a Cash for Cars company who purchases old, unregistered, damaged, or unwanted vehicles.

Our car wreckers and mechanics purchase these vehicles for low prices and repurpose old parts so they can be sold again.

With over 10 years of industry experience, Metro has a tight network of car enthusiasts. Located in Fairfield, Australia, our team works closely together to drive company growth and KPIs.


Education, Experience and Skills:

• 23 years direct SEO experience.
• Industry experience in the automotive or an ecommerce and service industry would be highly regarded.
• Proven experience in SEO, including on the content and technicalfront.
• Datadriven and goals orientated.
• Able to adapt both with autonomous work and collaborative work.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
