You'll contribute to:


This is an exciting full-time fixed term contract opportunity for an generalist human resources professional to join our team and make a genuine difference in a highly regarded customer focused organisation.


Reporting to the Manager Wellbeing and Performance and being welcomed into a supportive team, your experience in generalist activities will see you providing support to our leaders and working collaboratively with our People Experience Business Partners.


  • Create materials that engage and inspire employees in all people processes
  • Share and educate the workforce on people initiatives and programs
  • Be responsible for, or assist with, the implementation of various HR initiatives including flexible working arrangements and the performance review cycle
  • Coordination and facilitation of corporate induction
  • Assist with the review, design and documenting of position descriptions, as well as key HR policies, procedures and processes, ensuring alignment with current industrial relations legislation, business needs and best practice
  • Maintain and manage the Human Resource Information System (Page Up)


There will also be opportunities to collaborate with the wider People Group in a variety of people related projects and initiatives.


A bit about you:


With tertiary qualifications in human resources, psychology or similar, you have demonstrated experience in an advisor generalist human resources role.

With a collaborative and consultative style, you'll enjoy contributing to a high performing team, assisting our Business Partners with employee relations' activities, present well in front of audiences, you will be self-motivated, driven, and be highly organised.
