We deliver end-to-end network services, engineered solutions, and turn-key infrastructure construction and maintenance to a diverse range of public and private clients.


Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Communications Supervisor on a permanent full time basis to join our Forrestfield based Team.


THE ROLE
As a Communications Supervisor at Linkforce, you will play a key role in our Communications division, which specialises in the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless and fixed network telecommunication structures


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising a highly qualified team in delivering projects to the highest standards
  • Planning, scheduling, and overseeing the construction and installation of Greenfield Structures ranging from 20m 100m
  • Managing wireless telecommunication equipment installation and commissioning, including 3G, 4G, 5G, LTE technologies
  • Overseeing the installation of Microwave radio links, with extensive experience in upgrading critical networks
  • Ensuring engineered foundation and tower strengthening as required
  • Maintaining constant communication with our clients and service partners, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the wireless network and fixed network telecommunications industry
  • Proficiency in technical, civil, rigging, electrical, and project management functions
  • Commitment to delivering sustainable quality that complies with both Australian standards and the specific standards set by our clients and carriers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong commitment to health and safety
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence
  • A National Police Check
