Are you an experienced team leader with a passion for administration and driving team success? Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies, is seeking a talented individual to join our Pest division as an Administration Team Leader.

Some of the things you will get to do:

  • Lead and coach a team of service administrators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their performance and professional development
  • Manage the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as sales, finance, and customer service, to address enquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Develop and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance team productivity and streamline administrative operations
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues, working closely with stakeholders to find appropriate resolutions
  • Identify and implement opportunities for digitisation
  • Calmness under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous systems experience, especially SAP is advantageous
  • Previous experience managing a small team
  • Selfmotivated with an interest in improving processes
