Reporting in the HR Business Partner you will be focusing on providing comprehensive and customer focussed HR support and advice to employees and mangers across the business driving a positive culture.

Your key responsibilities include:

Providing HR Advice across HR operational matters
Supporting the business across the employee life cycle with regards to recruitment, on boarding, reviews, and off boarding.
Driving and supporting regular HR processes inclusive employee benefits program, workover case management and administration, pay run processing and employee engagement administration.
Manage communicate and support all annual HR initiatives.
Undertake health and safety initiatives.

About you:

Qualifications in HR, Industrial Relation, or Business related.
Strong HR experience as a coordinator and or some advisory
Industry experience within either manufacturing, transport, retail, or food related.
Have strong interpersonal and organisational skills as well as analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
