Reporting in the HR Business Partner you will be focusing on providing comprehensive and customer focussed HR support and advice to employees and mangers across the business driving a positive culture.

Your key responsibilities include:


  • Providing HR Advice across HR operational matters
  • Supporting the business across the employee life cycle with regards to recruitment, on boarding, reviews, and off boarding.
  • Driving and supporting regular HR processes inclusive employee benefits program, workover case management and administration, pay run processing and employee engagement administration.
  • Manage communicate and support all annual HR initiatives.
  • Undertake health and safety initiatives.

About you:


  • Qualifications in HR, Industrial Relation, or Business related.
  • Strong HR experience as a coordinator and or some advisory
  • Industry experience within either manufacturing, transport, retail, or food related.
  • Have strong interpersonal and organisational skills as well as analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
