The Role

As an IT Project Coordinator for our Azure to GCP Migration Project, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and completion of this crucial undertaking.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, developers, engineers, and management, to streamline the migration process, mitigate risks, and achieve project objectives within established timelines and budgets.

3 month initial day rate contract with view to extend.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the Azure to GCP migration project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations
Provide regular project status updates and reports to management and stakeholders
Act as a point of contact for projectrelated inquiries, issues, and escalations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the project team
Experienced in IT project coordinator roles
Preferably experienced on similar Cloud migration / infrastructure related projects
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
