Seeking an experienced, top performing beauty centre manager who is familiar with the beauty industry to co-ordinate a new state-of-the-art centre being established in Perth.
The successful person will need to liaise with a range of businesses in the creation and setup of the large centre to service approximately 20 consulting rooms/suites offering a holistic array of services.
Focussing on being a complete wellness and beauty destination the centre will cater to older individuals seeking to refresh and revitalise.
The centre will include beauty care services such as; beauty therapists, hairdressing, personal stylists, massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic therapy, body building, rehabilitation consulting, and plastic surgery consulting.
Your role will involve promotion, engagement and liaison with each consultant assisting them with fit-out of their business and promoting their success.
You will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial, identifying opportunities and working collaboratively.
Additional incentives over the base wage will apply, based upon the overall success of the centre.
Salary:
$49, $106,920.32 per year
