Responsibilities:

Are you a Project Coordinator with Construction background seeking new opportunities?


We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, career mined and commercially savvy Project Coordinator to our dynamic Melbourne team.

This integral role is key to the success of our projects.

Working closely with the project manager, work stream leads, and other project team members you will facilitate on-time delivery of the program phases within the agreed budgets.


Skills and attributes:


  • Proven project coordination experience in a large construction team, within a large organisation with strong levels of judgement & discretion
  • Ability to perform all duties with high degree of accuracy & confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal communication & people management skills
  • Excellent time management skills & the ability to organise & prioritise own workload
  • Proven ability to organise & prioritise tasks; proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform & contribute within a team environment
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff & management, both internal & external

Qualifications:


  • Tertiary degree, preferably Construction Management or Engineering
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in large scale project construction.
