About You
***You will have some experience working in a similar role within a public practice accounting firm.

Ideally you will have the following:

A collaborative and proactive approach to your work.
High attention to detail.
Ability to show initiative.
Excellent communication skills with experience dealing with clients.
Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Experience using MYOB AE.

The Role
This role will be required to deliver client focused, quality & professional accounts & administration support. Your duties will include;

Website maintenance
Invoicing
Maintenance of office area
General administration duties such as filing & word processing
Processing fees, receipts and cheques
Accounts payable and receivable
Collating documents on behalf of accountants
Provide reception support
