As a newly created role, our
Customer Success Consultant will report into our Services Team, and support the onboarding of our SME customers and will be responsible for meeting new clients, building rapport and being a brand ambassador for Retinue.

You will travel across the Sydney region and wider NSW.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients by understand their needs, challenges, and goals to proactively address their specific business needs

Onboarding: You will conduct face to face onboarding meetings with new Retinue customers, gaining the relevant information to help our Accounting team to best support our client

  • Training: Upskill clients on Xero software, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of the platform

Advocacy: Be a strong advocate for not only our customers, but our brand within the company. Provide feedback to the business on how we best support our customer

Travel: You will travel to clients' worksites daily. You will enjoy the variety and freedom that comes with travelling across Sydney and wider NSW

Process Improvement: As the founding Customer Success Consultant at Retinue, you will be responsible for helping us set the standard and shape the future of this role for years to come. You will be driven by improvement, how we can be better daily to better suit the needs of our customers and our wider business.


Requirements:


  • 1+ years within a customer centric, face to face role. Ideally, dealing with SME clients on site
  • You will be a people person and thrive off collaborating with customers from varied backgrounds and experiences.
  • You will be passionate about problem solving. As a high growth start up, we are continually learning as we go You will have a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to solve problems along the way.
  • Previous experience within Customer Success, Account Management or Sales highly regarded.
  • As a nonselling role, this role may suit someone who enjoys the customer aspect of face to face selling but is no longer driven by business development

Benefits
- $80k - $90k + super salary _(depending on relevant experience)_

  • Full training provided No experience required in the finance space, although advantageous. We will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed in this role
