The Royal Melbourne Hospital:

24/7 rotating roster
We are seeking experienced security licensed Security Officers to join the Royal Melbourne Hospital. The RMH security team are tasked with securing the premises and ensuring the safety of all staff, patients and visitors on site.

Your duties will be unique and varied including;

Providing friendly and efficient customer service for all persons entering facilities
Conduct regular patrols on sites foot patrols, inspections, screening and static guarding
Provide basic response for: fire/security alarms, antisocial behaviour
Provide basic crowd control
Compiling security audits and reports
Emergency response
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
Conflict resolutions skills
Flexibility with regards to shift patterns and availability
A current level 3 security licence
Previous experience in a hospital setting would be an advantage
