Role:
Fire System Tester

Due to our expanding service division we are looking for the right applicant to join our fire system testing and inspection team.

Industry experience is not essential and extensive training can be provided

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working under supervision for the testing of all Fire systems as required.

The tasks include the following

Timely completion of Monthly Fire sprinkler sprinkler, fire services pump and detection testingand reporting in accordance with AS
Report on all noncompliant items and defects.
Commitment to good work practice and safety
Have excellent customer service and present well.
Reliability, honesty and good work ethic are essential to succeeding in this role

If required, you will be trained and will undertake the following additional testing measures.

Annual Fire detection and EWIS
Service testing, reporting and installation of Portable Fire Systems and Equipment
Testing, reporting and minor maintenance to Fire hose reels systems
Testing and reporting of Fire Hydrant landing valves
Testing and reporting on Emergency and Exit lighting
Inspecting and reporting for passive fire and door sets.

Salary:
$69, $145,322.48 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift

NSW:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- hydrant testing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- white card (required)
