About the role:


You'll also:

  • Work closely with brand, trade planning and online stakeholders to deliver the above
  • Coordinate agencies to deliver CRM campaigns
  • Work directly in our CRM platform, Responsys, to configure and deploy templated campaigns
  • Assist with the ideation of our A/B testing and optimisation program, and deliver and own these A/B tests

About you and your skills:

We're looking for a digital marketing professional with proven experience within a retail environment. You have experience working in a customer-centric environment and improving processes to deliver a better outcome for customers.


You'll also need:

  • Solid understanding of the interface between marketing and other business areas and ability to work with crossfunctional teams
  • Outstanding time and project management skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work within tight timeframes
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a positive, 'cando' attitude with experience writing copy for marketing
  • Demonstrated track record of influencing key decision makers to achieve the right outcome for customers
  • Data analysis experience to deliver weekly reporting and analyse performance
