About the role:

An opportunity has arisen for a TA specialist to join a well-established, and respected tech firm.

Taking a hands-on approach, this role will oversee the recruitment function and will see you strategically partner with hiring managers.

The responsibilities


The main duties include:

Responsible for the strategic recruitment across the QLD portfolio;
Targeted recruitment with a focus on finding quality, passive talent;
Partner with the hiring managers, providing recruitment support; and

Implement recruitment best practice process and continuous improvement projects; and adhoc assistance with overflow of HR duties.


The successful applicant will be:

Experienced in technology recruitment and / or have a passion for technology;
2-3 years' experience in an agency / internal recruitment setting; and

Hands-on experience who leads by example; and can work autonomously.
