Our client is a leading agency with a dynamic edge With offices located centrally in Campbelltown, they are a close-knit team of motivated and experienced Real Estate professionals who are seeking a new addition of aProperty Manager to slot into their top-performing team, this is an opportunity to work close to home in a big branded agency.
The Role:
We are seeking someone to manage and service a clean, neat, tidy and local portfolio all based in close proximity of the Campbelltown Area.
- Management of a clean and tidy portfolio
- Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
- Conducting repairs and maintenances
- Rental arrears management
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
- NO accounts, leasing consultant to assist
What will you need to succeed?
- 2+ years Property Management experience
- A current certificate of Registration, with intent to upgrade to a license
- High level of professionalism
- Commitment to superior customer service
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
