Sydney, NSW.

The Opportunity
Due to continued business growth, we're seeking a

customer service expert with experience in

providing a high level of sales support in a commercial environment to

join our clients' busy telemarketing team.

What you'll be doing:

Dealing with high priority and confidential issues and maintaining confidentiality
Coordinating processes to deliver appropriate outcomes
Ensuring compliance with appropriate systems, procedures and controls
Establishing and maintaining sound relationships with customers and clients

What's on offer:

This is a part time permanent postion with the opportunity to develop into a full time role.

3 consecutive days per week flexible on which days

- $30-35+ p/h - in line with skills and experience

Commissions & bonus incentives

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in providing highlevel telemarketing/sales support in a commercial environment
Excellent communication skills
Sound time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to deadlines
Sound computer skills including proficient use of MS Office Suite
The ability to collect, analyse and present information in a meaningful manner
The ability to exercise initiative and discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Working knowledge of WH&S and environmental matters as they relate to the workplace and best practice
