Adass Israel Preschool (AICS) is seeking a full time/part time ECT. We are a community Service with an "Exceeding" rating.

We have a supportive and well established friendly team and Management that support regular mentoring/coaching for all staff. Paid professional development and training will be offered. Opportunities for career advancement exist within the Service. We also offer a mentoring program for provisionally registered teachers, in order for them to achieve full teacher registration.

Teachers are paid according to the Educational Teachers Award

Desired Criteria:


  • ECT Qualifications or Diploma in Early Education
  • First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications are beneficial
  • VIT registration (ECT)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be committed to work as part of a team, to foster a collaborative work culture
  • Planning and documentation of children's learning
Teachers, trainers and staff are required to respect and support the ethos of the Preschool. Adass Israel Preschool is committed to the well-being, safety and protection of all children. Applicants will need to comply with the Preschool's Code of Conduct and Child Safe Policy, which are rigorously enforced.
