Supported by Sydney head office and a vast network across NSW, we are looking for someone to represent the range of leading custom products.

This role is suited to an autonomous individual with initiative, tenacity, and mechanical aptitude. The role is NSW based, with frequent travel.

We're seeking a Technical Sales Specialist who is driven, motivated, and highly customer-focused. This person must be an excellent communicator and a strong builder of long-term relationships.

Your customers are your top priority; you are someone who can deliver on commitments, fulfill expectations, and operate with the utmost integrity.

This role is hands-on, you will be seeking new customers and actively maintaining existing relationships. You may need to oversee site works when they occur, taking responsibility for the successful completion of the projects.

This business is passionate about providing customer solutions and want you to be too.

You may possess a successful solutions sales background or are currently working in a service-based role and would relish the challenge to move into sales.


The key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:

  • Establish & maintain relationships with new and prospective customers.
  • Achieve revenue and profit growth objectives.
  • Increase traction with existing accounts, enthusiasm for new accounts.
  • Manage your territory, work well within a broad team.
  • Maintain sales contacts and opportunity information with an associated sales plan

Essential to being successful in this role you will require the below:

  • Ability to demonstrate value and close sales.
  • Effective in consultative sales with a tenacious, resilient energy
  • Strong market awareness and thorough understanding within the automotive industry, manufacturing or industrial
  • Strong commercial skills, able to make decisions.
  • Ability to travel, _this role will be required to be on the road at least 50% of the time_
  • Ability to understand technical information with mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build new relationships and thrive for success
  • An established network in the Auto, mining, industrial or manufacturing segments is ideal, not essential
