The Role


We have an exciting new opportunity for a Property Manager - Operations to join our team on a full-time basis.

In your new role you will take the lead in the management and financial performance of the property. You will pro-actively maintain the property to ensure the cleanliness and presentation is as expected.

About you
***You are passionate about delivering an exemplary level of resident experience at the property and have the drive to see the property and the team succeed. Key to your success will be your ability to design innovative strategies that generate growth and additional revenue. Ideally you will have experience in the student accommodation industry and will have the ability to develop, implement, foster, and manage the community spirit program to leave our residents with a feeling or being part of a great community. You will be a people person; someone who team members can go to address HR and other matters.


Our mandatory requirements include:

  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
