Hobart TAS- Contract/Temp- We are looking for a
Project Support Officer with skills or experience in learning and development and/or training content creation to join our Federal Government client for their clients Cloud Service Portal.
They are delivering a web portal that will empower individuals to navigate and consume SADE (Scaled Analytics and Data Environment) related resources.
- This is your chance to make a difference for our Federal Government client in this
6 month contract with
additional extensions offered.
Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance will be considered for this role.

The experience and skills for this role are:
- Familiarity with AWS technologies
- Experience in assessing existing content to identify gaps and uplift requirements
- Experience creating structured and personalised approaches to learning and development based on personas and associated digital and data roles
- Ability to engage with technical staff such as software developers and engineers
- Ability to distil complex information into easily digestible formats for targeted audiences
- Ability to develop explanatory documents to support Data Engineers, Developers and more general system users
- Ability to document key information about systems, products and processes
- Ability to create training and learning materials for cloud hosted IT systems and processes
