Our client is a well established womenswear fashion retailer and wholesaler. They are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.Duties include:
- process orders, exchanges, returns and refunds
- provide product information to customers
- resolve customer issues
- manage customer feedback
- maintain customer records, update customer database
- previous head office customer service experience within the fashion industry
- strong computer skills and show a high attention to detail
