At Mo's we are an exclusive Vodafone Partner and operate over 50 Vodafone stores across Australia.

We are searching for an experienced sales manager who not only loves building relationships with customers but also selling the latest tech gadgets on the market.

About YOU:

You're an experienced leader in retail with the ability to manage and develop a team.
You lead by example and can energise and motivate a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Take the initiative to spot sales opportunities ahead of time and drive maximum sales growth.
Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Telco experience is preferred but not essential.
Be flexible and able to work during retail hours (38 hours a week 5 out of 7 days).

We have a 250 strong team along with a Head Office and field team to ensure you have all the support you need to do what you do best in working in a fast-paced challenging retail environment.

Every day our experienced and dedicated store team members not only sell our market-leading phone plans and new phones but also provide tech advice and product knowledge.

Salary:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
