Warehouse Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team? Look no further Our client who is a national high end retail business are seeking a
Warehouse Supervisor to lead their operations in Brisbane.


Key duties;

  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products
  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory and timely fulfillment of customer orders
  • Monitor the performance and reporting of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound & inventory control
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Manage budgets & offer solutions
  • Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders

About you;
- +3 years warehouse leadership experience

  • Proven ability to support a high performing team
  • Proficiency in warehouse procedures and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong decision making and problemsolving skills

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
$65, $70,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:


  • Warehouse management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (preferred)
