About this role:

A mid-sized architecture and design practice is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to join their young studio as they go through an exciting period of growth.

The role will oversee all studio operations and management, working closely with the Director to implement new efficiencies, structures and processes to support with studio developments.

In addition, this person will assist with client relations and business development efforts.

The studio requires an innovative and inspiring Studio Manager, who's possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent time management and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Work with Director across client management and fee proposals
Assist with project resourcing and staff allocation
Oversee invoicing and general financial performance
Facilitate internal meetings

Skills and Experience

A background as a practicing Graduate of Architecture and/or experience in Practice Management/leadership
Experience using practice management software ideally Synergy
Committed and hardworking
Excellent people management skills
High level of verbal and written communication
Able to problem solve and think outside the box
