About the role at Lendi

As the Product Manager for Broker Business Systems, you will lead and own the products and services that our brokers use to manage their businesses (for example, commissions and customer retention).

You are a product-led innovative thinker who is comfortable taking the lead in ongoing product discovery in commission management.

In this role, you will manage data matching, reconciliation, and merging systems to improve the experience for our finance and broker colleagues.

Seniority

Mid Level - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Hypothesis Development
Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth

Problem Identification

Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
Execution and Project Management
Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization's goals
